- Server Location: Global edge network (including North America and Europe)
- Security Highlights: Real-time threat intelligence, SOC 2 and ISO certifications.

3. Qdrant
- Purpose: Managed vector database for AI-powered search and retrieval
- Server Location: Deployable globally on AWS, GCP, or Azure (including Canada, North America, EU, and other regions upon request)
- Security Highlights: Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), API key authentication, network isolation, regular vulnerability assessments.

4. Neo4j (AuraDB)
- Purpose: Managed graph database service
- Server Location: Available in multiple cloud regions, including Canada (AWS Canada Central), North America, and the EU
- Security Highlights: Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), encrypted connections (TLS), audit logging, enterprise-grade security and compliance.

Data Residency & Compliance
Primary Hosting: All Flex Peeps infrastructure is currently located in Toronto, Canada.
Global Deployment: Qdrant and Neo4j can be provisioned in Canada, North America, EU, or other regions upon client request.
Compliance Standards: All infrastructure and partners comply with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR best practices.

Flex Peeps LLC may engage additional infrastructure partners or subprocessors as needed, provided that any such partners also meet SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR compliance standards.
