5. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products and services, all sales are considered final once work has commenced or access to materials has been provided. FLEX PEEPS LLC does not offer refunds for completed services, digital downloads, or subscriptions, except where required by law.
However, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you experience an issue with a service or believe there has been a billing error, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery or payment. We will review your case on an individual basis and may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial refund, credit, or service revision.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, branding, and creative work provided by FLEX PEEPS LLC remain our exclusive property unless otherwise agreed by contract. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

FlexPeeps maintains robust security measures to safeguard customer data, aligned with internationally recognized frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR. While we are not currently certified, our systems and processes are continuously reviewed and enhanced to ensure ongoing alignment with these standards.
12. Infrastructure Partners
Our infrastructure partners, including Linode (an Akamai company), Qdrant, Akamai, and Neo4j, are selected based on their strong security record and adherence to global standards. More information about their role and security posture is available in our Trust Center.
13. Data Location & Jurisdiction
Your data may be stored and processed in data centers located in the United States or Europe, always in secure, certified environments.
14. Acceptance of Terms / Binding Agreement
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
15. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
